Role Overview
The Digital Marketing Coordinator will report to the Internet Channel Manager and is responsible for the development and implementation of marketing campaigns, management of website content, optimizing lead generation conversions, and tracking and reporting of website and marketing data.
Role Requirements and Responsibilities
• Manage and coordinate all digital campaign efforts in Marketo
• Manage social media channels
• Drive digital marketing efforts to attract and build traffic and lead conversions, including paid advertising and targeting/re-targeting efforts
• Support the SEO keyword strategy to drive traffic to the website using a mix of standard and long tail keywords to optimize SEO
• Develop and optimize Website and Landing pages including functionality, content and graphical assets
• Coordinate and execute content updates to the website in support of ongoing business objectives
• Manage E-Commerce platform tools
• Report on the success of marketing campaigns and website analytics
• Track metrics such as conversion, campaign leads, and CPL’s across the website and digital campaigns and make necessary adjustments to improve campaigns and organic traffic over time
Education/Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Proven organized, detail-oriented and highly motivated marketing professional that has succeeded in a fast- paced, deadline-driven environment
• Has experience managing and updating content on a CMS system
• Has experience using marketing automation system, preferably Marketo
• Has experience using CRM
• Has good understanding of digital marketing tools such as Google AdWords, Analytics and Trends, etc…
• Enjoys a fast-moving environment working alongside Sales, IT and Marketing Team Members
