What You’ll Do
As a Digital Media Specialist at ADsmith, you’ll play a key role in executing and optimizing paid digital campaigns. You’ll monitor performance data closely, manage budgets with care, and use reporting tools to identify trends and opportunities. You’ll also help ensure websites are technically sound and support long-term digital success.

Schedule

  • Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Blended in-office and work-from-home flexibility

Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

  • Manage SEM, display, video, and paid social campaigns across platforms
  • Write effective, conversion-focused copy for digital ads
  • Track campaign success using tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Search Console
  • Monitor campaign pacing and budgets to ensure accuracy and efficiency
  • Analyze performance data to inform optimizations and strategic decisions
  • Manage on-page and off-page SEO for both ADsmith and client websites
  • Maintain website health: update plugins, themes, CMS versions, and troubleshoot issues
  • Contribute to internal workflow and team collaboration
  • Get to know a variety of industries and client goals
  • Be part of a smart, supportive, and creative team

Qualifications

You might be a great fit if you:

  • Have 2+ years of experience in digital media marketing
  • Are highly detail-oriented and comfortable managing multiple paid campaigns simultaneously
  • Enjoy reviewing data and dashboards to identify insights
  • Are organized and able to manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables
  • Have excellent writing and communication skills
  • Are familiar with CMS platforms like WordPress
  • Understand SEO best practices
  • Are experienced with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Google Tag Manager
  • Are proficient in Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEMrush
  • Have certifications in Google Ads, Meta, or other platforms (a plus!)
